However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Purchase of Products

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

• You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
• We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
• As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
• Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
• All risks in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery, but the goods shall remain the property of myTuxedo until paid for in full.
• Please Note: Goods will not be released to customers until payment has been received in full.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.
• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

The contract will be concluded in English.

Contract Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than 10 working days after the day on which you receive the Products.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Orders are accepted and promise for delivery given conditionally upon myTuxedo being able to obtain the necessary products, and without responsibility for delays arising through uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other circumstances out of our control.

Price and Payment

The price of the goods will be the price quoted on the website at the date the order is received and will include VAT in the United Kingdom unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right, by giving notice to you, the buyer, at any time before delivery to increase the price of the goods to reflect any increase in the cost to us, which is due to any factor beyond our control (such as without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture) In the unlikely event of there being such an increase in the price of the goods you, the buyer, shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Returns

Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
