Checkout

All the items that you have in your shopping bag appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping bag before clicking "Checkout". When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Submit Order ".

If you get to the Shopping Bag page and decide you are not ready to purchase all of the items in your shopping bag, you can use the "Save" feature to store the item(s) currently in your bag. This way you can return the item(s) to your bag simply by clicking the "Restore" button.

 
On Order Items

Most of the items on myTuxedo are in stock and available to ship immediately. However, some items are "on order" which means we have ordered them from our manufacturers, but they are not yet available to ship. When an item is on order, we will provide you with an estimated shipping date. This is the date that we expect the item to be ready to leave our warehouse and does not include the time it will take to arrive at your shipping address.

 
Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call 0845 114 1144 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged. Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

 
Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
 
Address Validation

Available to UK residents only

To ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any addresses which appear to be incorrect with the Royal Mail database of valid addresses. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered and ask you to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. If you are sure the address is correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but this may cause delay in shipment.
