After placing an order you will be kept up to date on its progress via e-mails which will log the stage of your order throughout the whole process. After the item has been shipped an e-mail will notify you to this effect, this e-mail will also inform you of the courier used to deliver your goods. Your order will either be shipped via The Royal Mail or Interlink Express, if your order is shipped via The Royal Mail please allow 3 working days for delivery. If your item is shipped via Interlink Express it can be tracked using the methods detailed below.
If we dispatched the order by Interlink Express you'll find a tracking number in your Dispatch Confirmation e-mail. Please make sure that you check your junk mail folder in your email account as sometimes your email filter will not allow you to have this information.
A day after we dispatch your order, you will be able to view tracking information for your parcel, using one of the links below.
