If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items together with the completed Exchange & Returns form, to us in their original condition and packaging (otherwise a nominal charge may be levied and we may not be able to process your exchange / return) within 10 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge) or exchange the items for a different size / colour if preferred.
