Slick efficient and communicative
Ordered items, had a phone call to advise an item was out of stock, I was offered alternatives or a refund. Alternative was requested, items arrived within 3 days, what could be simpler.
Returns process is effective using my local collect+ outlet, no hassle with queuing at the Post Office.

Prompt, courteous and efficient.
My wife bought me a white tie jacket and trousers by "Black N White", wing collar marcella front dress shirt, white tie marcella waistcoat and a self tie marcella bow tie.
The items were delivered promptly and on time. The trousers were not quite the right size and following a phone conversation with a very courteous and helpful lady at "My Tuxedo" these were exchanged immediately and without any hassle.
I would definitely use "My Tuxedo" in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them highly.

Quick, simple and reasonably priced.
I bought a tartan waistcoat from My Tuxedo, the website was easy to use and payment was simple. The waistcoat was very reasonably priced and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the garment. It arrived in a couple of days well packed and in perfect condition. No problems, I'd recommend My Tuxedo to anyone.

Very impressed !
I had been waiting for M and S to have a particular dress shirt for my husband in stock and thought I would just try looking elsewhere online. Came across My Tuxedo and ordered a very reasonably priced one together with two bow ties. They all arrived really quickly, are very nice, and seem excellent value for money. My work colleague and myself are having a joint 60 birthday celebration at a Casino and we had both been having difficulty in obtaininf a Dinner Suit. On checking My Tuxedo Web Site they were able to supply everything I required in my size from stock.Having placed my order during the evening of 18th January it was delivered within a one hour time slot on the 20 th January. Ordered a shirt on Monday for a X-Mas party on Friday, it arrived by Wednesday and I was exactly what I was after. Decided to try again and ordered another (in the sale at the time) and this arrived next day. Quick and reliable, all with excellent prices!
Very quick delivery of the goods ordered and neatly packaged. I had to exchange a waistcoat for another size which again was very quick and easy, managed to kit out five men for a wedding in a week! Would reccomend to anyone, especially as the prices are so reasonable.

GREAT DRESS SHIRT AT A REASONABLE PRICE!
I needed a nice dress shirt for a dinner dance and for a good quality shirt on the High street i was looking at spending nearly £30.... I brought this shirt for just over £16 and was concerned that it may lack acertain quality, i was very happy with the quality and people even commented on how smart i looked!...Result. I would defo reccomend.
I also only paid for standard delivery and it turned up the next day!

A very good internet shopping experience after a quick phone call to confirm internet ordering was the best option for this item.
I required a boy's black bow tie for my son's first Christmas music concert and had less than one week to acquire one. My Tuxedo came up on my search engine and I liked the look of the web site - very easy to use with good, clear categories, nice photographs of each item and very reasonable prices. There was a choice of two different styles and prices which I appreciated - it's always nice to have a choice.
There were options for postage and packaging and the item arrived in plenty of time for the concert. My son looked very dapper in white shirt and black bow tie, courtesy of My Tuxedo.
Before ordering online I made a quick phone call to check that there would be enough time to receive the item before the required date. The person I spoke with was very helpful and polite and recommended I order online, and suggested which postage and packaging option to choose.

I bought a tartan waistcoat for my husband to wear to the firms Christmas bash. He is a stylish latin man who would not be seen dead in e.g. a made up bow tie, so it had to be right.
The fit is excellent and the quality is remarkable given the low price of £25.

The best online shopping experience for a very long time
I am always wary about ordering things online but when I called and spoke to staff, they were so helpful and put me at my ease.
I ordered a morning suit but there was a mix up with the waiscoats and matching cravat. Spoke to the team at My Tuxedo and they sorted every thing out quickly.
Suit arrived ahead of time and the quality of the products are excellent.

i realised last Tuesday that i couldnt find my dinner shirt for a ball that i was attending last Saturday!!
On searching for providers i found My Tuxedo.
The choice of shirts was wide ranging and amazing value for money - £15 plus reasonable delivery charge.

Black Tie quality and service from mytuxedo
Panic on Tuesday my 17 year old requires a dinner suit, he will probably only wear it twice a year but I hate poor quality so the dilemma of not wanting to spend too much and yet wanting to have something which will look good and last him for a good few years. We googled and found the website mytuxedo, not only did we get a fabulous suit for just over a hundred but a dinner shirt and self tie bow tie, it all arrived within 24 hours of ordering, I was just totally impressed. We will be doing the same for his brother this time next year and I will be spreading the news around my friends, I believe rental is about £40 so why wouldn't you do this, it's just as the boys would say a no brainer ! I wish all companies were this efficient and value for money.
