Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Can be done in three different ways, online via the secure server is the best method, but we also accept orders by phone and post. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and Visa Delta, Maestro, Switch and Solo debit cards. Cheques should be denominated in pounds sterling and made payable to myTuxedo. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
myTuxedo uses the latest measures to protect your security when you shop with us. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Therefore shopping online with us is 100% secure.
myTuxedo does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Postage costs are calculated automatically and displayed at the top of the order form when you select the destination country. For orders containing multiple products, you will only be charged the postage cost for one item.
We aim to deliver your order right away. All products ordered before 5pm on any working day (Monday-Friday) will be picked and sent the same day using either Interlink Express or the Royal Mail. Orders placed after 5pm are processed the following working day.

Upon selecting our next day delivery service your item will be picked and sent the same day if your order is placed prior to 5pm. Please note that orders placed after 5pm using a next day service will be shipped the following working day. Therefore, it is recommended that if an item is needed urgently please phone customer services to ensure that your item will be received on time.
All orders delivered to international addresses are usually delivered using Airmail and our international courier partners. You can expect to receive your items within 3-14 working days after you have placed your order, depending on which country you are ordering from.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. myTuxedo does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Please note: Our International Courier cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
We accept orders to all BFPO addresses, which are charged at the UK Standard Delivery rate (See Domestic Shipping Rates). For delivery times please refer to BFPO website.
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

If you return the product (having taken reasonable care of it) within 7 working days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money, which you have paid us for that product.
